2. Data the app handles and why

TurnoPro organises companies, locations, employees and planning. Depending on what you enter, local files may contain companies, addresses, tax IDs, logos, employee names, optional profile photos, categories, optional contacts, contracted hours, shifts, roles, holidays and settings.

The purpose is to prepare rotas, calculate hours and generate reports, PDFs and exports. TurnoPro Local has no remote account or server of its own. Planning data is stored on your device, the app does not send it to the developer and the owner cannot access it, unless you choose to send it, for example in a support request.

Enter only the data you need. Avoid identity documents, medical information or sensitive reasons for absence unless they are essential and you have a suitable legal basis.

If you write to us

When you contact support or privacy, we process your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message in order to reply. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling communications received (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep this data while the enquiry is handled and for up to 12 months afterwards; after that, only blocked if it must be kept for a legal obligation or possible claims. Email is processed by the mailbox provider. Please avoid sending us employee data, database copies or your PIN.

Who is responsible for team data

The company or professional who decides why and how their team’s data is used normally acts as the data controller. They must determine and document the legal basis for each purpose, inform the people concerned and respond to their rights. Depending on the case, legal obligations, performance of a contract or a properly assessed legitimate interest may apply; consent should not be relied on automatically in an employment setting.

The fact that the app works locally does not exclude the GDPR. If support or another service ever accessed data on a company’s behalf, the relevant obligations and, where appropriate, the Article 28 GDPR contract would be assessed.

3. Storage, retention and deletion

Planning data is stored locally in an SQLite database. Exported copies are files you must keep safe and protect. JSON copies include company information and are not encrypted. Whether data is included in device backups depends on the device’s settings and operating system.

The controller must set retention periods according to the purpose, legal obligations and possible claims, review the data regularly and delete or anonymise what is no longer needed. There is no single period valid for every case.

You can edit the information and export copies from the app. Uninstalling it may delete the local database, but it does not delete PDFs, exports or external copies, and does not necessarily remove system backups or items stored in the system keychain. Deletion and, where applicable, blocking or legal retention must also cover those copies.

4. Sharing, PDFs and exports

When you export or share, you choose the files and destination using your device’s options. Documents may contain employees’ personal data: check their content, recipients and necessity before sending them.

Files saved in email, messaging, external drives or cloud services are also subject to that destination’s terms and measures. Assess processors, international transfers and safeguards where appropriate. The app cannot revoke copies already delivered to third parties.

5. Permissions, device features and services

  • Photos and files: when choosing a logo or avatar you can open Photos or Files. The chosen image is resized and saved on the device, without being sent to the developer. TurnoPro does not need to import your whole photo library.
  • PIN and biometrics: access protection is optional. The PIN is verified using a derived value stored with the system’s security tools. Face ID and other biometric options are managed by the device: TurnoPro does not receive your face, fingerprint or their biometric templates. This protection does not encrypt the database or the files you export. The developer cannot recover a forgotten PIN.
  • Maps: when you tap View in Maps or an address link in a PDF, that address is given to the chosen maps service. This is optional and that service’s terms apply.
  • Files, printing, sharing and links: these use device features and may open external apps or services, which apply their own terms.

TurnoPro does not include advertising or analytics of its own. Everyday planning works offline; sharing files or opening links through external services may need a connection.

Purchases and device or store services may involve processing by their providers, separate from the owner’s.

6. Rights and security

People concerned may ask the controller for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable. They may also withdraw consent where that is the basis for processing, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing, and complain to the competent supervisory authority, such as the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

For your team’s data, contact the company that entered it. For privacy enquiries addressed to the owner, write to elfen23soft@gmail.com. Requests are generally handled within one month, with the justified extensions allowed by the GDPR, and with proportionate identity verification.

The controller must apply measures appropriate to the risk: device lock, access control, updates, safe keeping of copies and protection of exports. It must also have an incident response procedure and assess the notification duties under Articles 33 and 34 GDPR. No system offers absolute security.

7. Changes to this policy

We will update this page if the processing, the app or the rules change. The current version is the one published here, with the date shown at the top.

8. Terms of use

Price and purchase

TurnoPro Local 1.0 is offered for a one-off price of €4.99, with no subscription. Before buying, confirm the amount and terms shown in the store. Availability, compatibility, updates, refunds and consumer rights are governed by the terms of each distribution channel and by applicable law.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for being entitled to process it and for checking rotas, calculations and documents before using them. You must keep your devices and copies safe and not use the app for unlawful purposes.

Scope of the app

Warnings and calculations help you plan. They do not replace professional advice, any required time-tracking record or checking collective agreements and labour law. Red Sundays and manually added holidays are visual aids: check the applicable calendar.

Consumer rights

Consumers’ guarantees and non-waivable rights are respected. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Intellectual property

The brand, design, software and materials are protected by the rights of their respective owners. Purchase grants a right of use under the applicable licence, without transferring ownership. Third-party components keep their own licences and attributions.
